The addition of the new Florence and the Machine video onto the main blog stream got me thinking about a page dedicated entirely to cool music videos. Et voila – Just for Clicks was born. It’s a musical narrative if ever there was one.

Feel free to comment and request new tunes. I’ll try hard to keep on top of the latest releases and classic oldies.

‘Life is Life’ by Noah and the Whale

Directed by American Photographer Autumn de Wilde (Elliot Smith, Beck)

‘In my heart’ by Moby

Such a good live track that leads nicely into an electronic revelation in the following video.

‘Star Guitar’ by The Chemical Brothers

Directed by Michel Gondry

Interesting thing about this video is the synchronicity between the beats of the music and each new object introduced into the frame. Understated brilliance.

‘Ghosts’ by Laura Marling

Her voice speaks for itself really.

‘Humanised Feat. Bajka’ by Sola Rosa

On a similar stylistic tangent re the Mexican celebration of Death theme, this is a pretty catchy tune. My 2010 interview with Sola Rosa frontman Andrew Spraggon can be found here.
